The Pirtti-Moskuva project spans the municipalities of Keuruu, Petäjävesi, and Multia. The project area is located approximately 6 km from the center of Petäjävesi and about 12 km from the central areas of Multia and Keuruu. The project area includes the peat production areas of Penkkisuo, Moskuvansuo, and Ukonmurronsuo.

The project encompasses an area of 2,400 hectares, with plans for the construction of 19 wind turbines and a 180-hectare solar power facility within the space. The total capacity of the project is estimated to be 299 MW, with 155 MW from wind power production and 144 MW from solar power production.

WestWind Oy has submitted zoning initiatives for the Pirtti-Moskuva area to the municipalities of Keuruu, Multia, and Petäjävesi.
